Het Kunstenaarsdorp op schone schaapjes staat in het teken van
‘flower power’…

Tijdens het evenement “Schone Schaapjes, genieten op de boerderij…”
Op zaterdag 26, zondag 27, en maandag 28 mei 2012 zet Art studio Brikat voor de vierde keer een heus kunstenaarsdorp op poten.
We strijken met enkele tientallen kunstenaars neer rond de vijver op het domein van de vakantiehoeve ‘Open huis’ en vertoeven er gans het weekend in de creatieve sfeer van de jaren 60. De kunstenaars zijn aan het werk en staan de toeschouwers graag te woord. Er wordt een gevarieerde selectie binnen en buitenlandse kunstenaars gekozen om het aanbod te optimaliseren. van schilder tot beeldhouwer, van hoedenontwerpster tot juwelenontwerper, van airbrusher tot mozaïek kunstenaar, van woordkunstenaar tot kalligrafist, van glasbrander tot rare Tiest… een brede waaier aan interessante mensen met intrigerend werk.
Kom dus langs en mis dit niet tijdens het pinksterweekend 2012. Het ganse dorp brengt u terug naar de jaren 60, de werken van de kunstenaars zijn echter hedendaags, uniek en hoogstaand. De sfeer is er één van gemoedelijkheid en artistieke vrijheid dit alles in het landelijke decor van de vakantiehoeve open huis.

World Art Games is a World Wide Artists Association. The goal is to make every two years a great festival where artists would be able to show their works in different categories, like music, sculpture, graphic, painting, etc (more info on our site).
The wonderful thing in it is , that there will participate artists from all over the world. It will be possible to see differences between nations, their art. What for example do people in Iran, India, China, New Zeeland, Netherlands, France, Germany, Canada, Brazil. … There are over 50 countries participating.

It is made to promote artists with their art, peace and tolerance.

Maybe you are interested in organization of World Art Games in Belgium. Belgium still has no committee.

The thing is to Legalize it, Find sponsors, artists, and send them to Croatia in 2013. Maybe you know people, who’d like to help. I run World Art Games, Poland. I know, that it demands time, but if you gather some people to help, like I did, it can be easily done. Of course the most important and difficult is to find sponsors to promote Belgian Art. In Poland we have special government institutions for that.
